1. prkara yg pling pnting utk u all wat spy nmpk langsing ialah dgn bsarapan. utk pgtahuan korang sarapan ni sgt pnting spy korang sume x la rase lapar sgt ble tgh hari n srpn sgt pnting utk bg korang tenaga. tp sarapan la dgn cara yg sihat. sbg contoh mkn la cereal mcm nestum 2 ke,, em biskut yg high in fibre 2 ke..jgn la pnye nk sarapan smpai order roti canai 4 kping atw nasi lmak 3 bgkus ye..
2. minum la air masak 8 gelas sehari. kte twu msti sume orang thu btape pntingnye air utk bdn yg sihat. air ni pn bgus utk kulit tw. kulit korang akn nmpk x sihat ble kekurangan air dlm bdn. so minum air byk2.
3. next, bykkan mkn buah n syur. dyorang ni high in fibre tw. so lbey sng utk korang buang air nnt..huhu..so, jdkanlah buah n syur ni sbg snek ble korang rase lpar.
4. em, orang slalu kte x mkn blh wat kte krus. fer me 2 sume x btol..sbb x mkn akn mgundang plbagai pnyakit utk dri korang..yelah, kite mkn kn utk hdup..klw x mkn?? so, utk care yg lbey sihat, lbey elok klw korang mkn pd waktunye n mkn dlm kuantiti yg btol..mkn 2 kne la bringat. jgn pk sdap je tw!
5. senaman,, yes! snaman mmbantu korang utk nmpak lgsing. klw pn korang asik x d mase nk bsenam, ape kate korang tlg parents korang kmas rumah. 2 pn kre snaman jgk tw sbb blh kuarkan pluh. mcm pnaskan bdn utk bakar lemak2 korang dlm bdn 2..
hm..i think 2 je kowt..dis is d way fer me to control my weight oke??
